A conference for Middle Managers
We are delighted to invite your current or potential Heads of Department; Heads of Year; and House-parents to join us for “Leading Your Schools in the C21” – a conference for teaching middle managers on Tuesday 7 February 2012 at Wellington College.
The conference will provide a fantastic opportunity to listen to experts on leadership at the middle management level, including Bill Lawry, the Head of Leadership and Talent Development at Centrica Energy. It will also give your staff the chance to meet other teachers in similar middle management roles and discuss leadership issues they face in workshops and seminars. The cost of the conference is £50 per delegate to include refreshments at registration, mid-morning coffee break and lunch.
