A 36 hour conference for Pastoral Leaders, potential and current House Masters and Mistresses.
Why attend: Whilst much House Master and Mistress training focuses on the functional and legislative aspects of the role, this is a conference designed to get back to the basics of what house mastering actually is – the nurture of boys and girls into flourishing adults. The conference will give participants the skills to manage the underlying social and emotional dynamics within a boarding house, in which all children can flourish and experience the freedom to take risks, be generous and develop confidence.Who should attend: A conference for Pastoral Leaders and current Housemasters and Housemistresses.
