Head of Maths Aidan Sproat introduces the work of one of the greatest mathematicians of the Twentieth Century as part of his tour of the finest and most accessible parts of mathematics. In the third session, discover what Alan Turing’s great contribution was to our notion of what makes a computer and learn for yourself how to program in the most elementary of ways. No prior knowledge required!

Participants should bring a laptop or iPad with keyboard to this session if possible.
