Scholarships, Exhibition Bursary and Foundation awards

Wellington College offers fee remission via a number of categories of award.

Foundation places

Very generous remission is available for sons and daughters of deceased military servicemen and servicewomen and of others who have died in acts of selfless bravery, subject to entrance requirement and according to the rules of the foundation. Please contact the Bursar's office for more information.

Bursaries

The reduction attained by the award of a scholarship or exhibition (see below) may be further and significantly enhanced by an appropriate bursary if parents can demonstrate, through a means-testing procedure, that they could not otherwise afford to send their child to Wellington College.

Bursaries are therefore primarily available to assist award winners but, should funds remain available, other candidates may be assisted.

Scholarships and Exhibitions

For entrants at both 13+ and 16+, a wide range of scholarships and exhibitions is offered annually, with awards for excellence in academics, sports, music, arts (and combined disciplines). Please use the links below to see full details, or request a booklet from the Admissions Office.
