At Wellington, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement was developed to give you an understanding of conditions relating to information collected through this site.

This Privacy Statement pertains only to the information that Wellington collects or that is provided to us by you.

Information We Collect

You may visit Wellington's site as a guest. We do not collect any personal information as you do so.
 
There are certain pages which contain online forms.   These will typically allow you to register for a visit to the school, or for a Revision Course.

How we use this information

Information is intended solely for the use of the relevant organisations within Wellington.    It will be stored on Databases which are used for administrative purposes.

Information will be used to communicate with you, to provide you with important information, or used internally to improve our services or guide our marketing efforts.   Such analyses are statistical, and no personally identifiable information will be shared with third parties.

Limitations on use

Information your submit is only accessible only by the people who need to use it.

Information is used only for internal purposes by Wellington.  We do not disclose personal information to third parties.

Privacy of Children

Information provided on this site is shared in good faith.  Parents have given permission through Wellington registration forms for images to be used in various ways, including on the school's websites.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on your computer tied to information about you. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply.

Wellington uses session or dynamic cookies to let us know when a user is signed in. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates.

Log Files

Like most standard website servers, we use log files.

This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring domain name, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp and number of hits and page views.

Log files are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Wellington uses data gathered from the tracking utility to guide sales and marketing decisions, to update client sites as requested and to monitor system performance. As mentioned above in the Profile section, we do not tie log files to personally identifiable information.

Sharing When Required by Law

Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on Wellington's site.

School Editors and Administrators

Users who have been assigned editorial positions have access to appropriate user information strictly and solely on their organisation's site.

From time to time, our site may request information from you through surveys or feedback forms. Participation in these surveys or feedback forms is voluntary. If personal information is requested, Wellington will fully disclose this to you prior to submission. Information collected is used for the purposes of improving our product and services and understanding our audience.

Wellington takes security seriously and employs measures to protect your information. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job have access to personally identifiable information.

Personal data is not held within the computer which drives this site.

All parties have duties under law not to disclose information acquired through their normal work.
