Cross country

This sport has flourished at Wellington in recent year and our Intermediates (under 16's) have had great success in the past year, winning numerous events. Many students now take part in this Lent (spring) term sport and have full use of the grounds for training.

They are using Spain in 2008 for warm weather training and preparation for the cross country season next year which will continue to enhance the progress in this sport. They also employ the services of a professional coach as well as having many keen marathon runners on the staff.
