Wellington Group

Wellington is expanding.  In the last five or more years, under the leadership of Anthony Seldon, the school has successfully gone co-ed, has raised its academic standards,  and has increased its size to almost one thousand students, without sacrificing what it has traditionally been known for.

The school has always looked outwards, and connections with schools of many sorts in the UK and around the world have been an important part of that.   This is not just talk:  Wellington is taking its message to a wider audience with the rebuilding of the Wellington Academy in Wiltshire, and the foundation of Wellington College International Tianjin, both of which are following very much in Wellington tradition, and are introducing concepts like Well-being and The Eight Aptitudes, both developed here in Crowthorne.
