Artist in Residence
Reports to: Director of Art
Salary: £20,000 per annum pro rata inc materials

Our high-profile Art Department have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for an Artist in Residence.
We are looking for a candidate whose innovative artistic practise will inspire our students and encourage curiosity and ambition. The Artist in Residence will make a positive contribution to the Art Department, attending weekly departmental meetings and as delegated by the Director of Art. A candidate with a Masters or Degree and background in Fine Art is essential to this role along with: excellent communication skills, reliable and friendly, diligent and organised, team orientated, empathetic, caring and understanding for dealing with colleagues and questions from students.
The successful candidate will be asked to contribute to the extra-curricular Art’s programme, supporting students creating work for our annual house art competition and run workshops throughout the term.
At the end of the term we would like to offer the successful candidate the opportunity to exhibit their own work in our Performing Arts Centre gallery space. The Art School will provide a working space and materials for the duration of the term.

Vacancies within the Domestic Services Department
The Domestic Services Department is essential to the smooth running of the College, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained safely and to the highest standard. The Department is comprised of Cleaning, Housekeeping, Matron, Laundry and Logistical Services staff members and constantly strives to achieve excellence in its service provision.

Our Domestic Services Department are currently seeking to appoint an organised, precise and compassionate Matron to uphold the domestic standards of the College boarding houses and assist the respective Housemaster / Housemistress and other residential staff with the pastoral care of the pupils.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a passion for food and great service to undertake the role of Chef de Partie. In this fast paced and diverse role, you will be responsible for planning, organising, preparing and cooking food to a 5-star standard throughout the College.
You must be prepared to take a trade test at interview and possess a NVQ or City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent. Experience of event catering and substantial experience in a similar role is essential.
