Mentoring is the collaborative relationship between an experienced and a junior colleague, which will support and develop the junior’s knowledge of their profession allowing them to flourish. New teachers and members of staff can feel isolated in their new roles, unsure of where to turn to for guidance.

Mentoring is now a key part of teachers’ Early Careers Framework and this course is designed for mentors and those who would like to become mentors.  Although it is predominantly aimed at teachers, all those employed in the education sector are welcome to attend.
