The evening of June 10 saw much of the school gathered on Turf for this year’s long-awaited Pink Pavilion Dash, in which 17 houses vied for supremacy on the challenging too-long-to-sprint-too-short-to-jog course around Turf.

The fastest boy and girl were Ollie W (5, T) and Shakila K (4, A). Ollie with a time of 2:47:33 and Shakila with 3:01:85. Well done to them!

The house competition was more complicated, relying as it did on a points-based system which rewarded participation, teamwork and consistency as well as speed… there were some ties and close calls! Well done the Hardinge and the Anglesey for their wins of the Senior and the Junior/Interhouse awards respectively, and a special shout-out to the Orange for 2nd place in both.

Well done to all who participated and thank you to all who came to support.
