We are delighted that Bill Lawry, current parent and founder and CEO of Ascend will be hosting this very exciting workshop on resilience. Bill has hosted numerous workshops over the last few months for our wider Wellington Community and we are delighted that he will back hosting this fascinating workshop for our current 6th form students and young OWs.
This workshop will give participant’s a framework and tool kit to enhance their own resilience and create a climate where others can be more resilient in these turbulent times. It will be a blend of insightful, impactful content, facilitated discussion, with time for question and answer. The session will last for around 70 minutes in duration.
Bill has worked alongside Olympic champions, executive teams and individuals in the field of organisation, team, and executive performance for over 25 years. Bill has a passion for helping people and teams make the mindset and behavioural shifts they need to make in order to achieve their business, career and life goals. He has worked with global brands such as, ARUP, British Gas, Charles Taylor, Chemring Group, Coca Cola, Daimler, Eon, Eversheds, HSBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, PayPal and Unilever as well as a number of investment backed smaller companies and start-ups. His work has taken him all over the world, extensively in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.
