A standout moment of the term came in the final week when the U16 Boys’ Rugby Sevens team secured the National Sevens Championship at Rosslyn Park. After an unbeaten 15-a-side season, this win marked a brilliant conclusion to their year – a fantastic achievement for the whole team.

The hockey season also ended on a high, with the Girls’ U16A team finishing third in the country at the National Finals. The team played some fantastic hockey over two days, and we can’t wait to see many of this talented group stepping up to represent the 1st XI next year!

In golf, a huge congratulations to the golf team for winning the Micklem Trophy for the second year in a row! After a brilliant first day, the team faced a tough semi-final against Stowe but emerged victorious. In the final against Winchester, they clinched a 3-2 win, securing back-to-back victories. This is a fantastic achievement for the team, showcasing their consistency and skill at the highest level.

The First Netball Team made it to the National Schools Finals in Sheffield, where they finished joint 8th overall, a fantastic result in such a competitive field. Back at College, the Interhouse Netball Competition was bigger than ever, with teams from all year groups competing in a fun and competitive atmosphere.

In racquets sports, Lydia (C), Georgia (Hp), and Georgia (T) all made it to their respective National Rackets Finals at Queen’s Club – a great achievement for each of them.

Fencing had a strong showing at the Public Schools Fencing Championships, where Madi (E) became the Champion at Arms after a series of excellent results, including wins in the Senior Foil. Audrey (Hn) won the Girls Mount Haes Foil, while Riya (W) was crowned U17 Sabre Champion at the Southern Regional Championships, earning a spot at the British Youth Championships.

On the ski slopes, Emily (Ap) stood out at the British Ski Racing Championships, claiming two golds in the U18 Giant Slalom and Junior Slalom events. She finished as the third-ranked British woman overall, an impressive achievement.

The term also ended with the annual Kingsleys run, where Ella (W) and Daniel (R) were crowned the winners after fantastic performances.
