The evening of June 14 was nothing short of historic as Daniel O shattered the junior course record by an astounding 18 seconds, coming within a mere second of breaking the all-time record. Ella D also left an indelible mark by demolishing the all-time girls’ record by an incredible 23 seconds!
Daniel’s phenomenal performance not only secured his place as a standout athlete but also set a new benchmark in junior dash history, showcasing his exceptional speed and endurance with an impressive time of 2:34. Ella’s achievement was equally remarkable, highlighting her exceptional talent and determination on the challenging course, where she finished with a remarkable time of 2:50.
Their record-breaking feats added an extra layer of excitement to an already thrilling Potter’s Pavilion Dash, where all seventeen houses competed fiercely in a spirited display of athleticism and sportsmanship.
In the Junior categories, the Orange triumphed among the girls, while the Blucher secured victory among the boys beating the Hill by just one second!
In the Senior category, Combermere took the win for the girls with the Stanley taking top spot for the boys.
Congratulations to all participants for their outstanding efforts and sportsmanship. The Potter’s Pavilion Dash once again proved to be a highlight of the school year.
