Congratulations to hockey goalkeeper Raph R who has been selected to play for England in the Under 18 series against Ireland during half term. Raph, who earlier this year was awarded the Hockey Writers’ Club Youth Award, continues to impress with her skill, courage and determination. Meanwhile, rugby players Marcus R, Fin B and Cassius C will also be busy over half term as they have been asked to join the England Under 18 development camp, a camp that will determine final selection for the upcoming international fixtures against France and Wales. We wish all four of them the very best of luck, and are delighted that these fine ambassadors of Wellington sport are meeting with such success, due reward for their dedication.
