On Monday, 31st August, Wellington welcomed 305 new pupils to the College, the largest intake of new Wellingtonians in the College’s history.
Excited anticipation, along with a few butterflies, was in the air as our newest Wellingtonians made their way to Chapel for a short welcome ceremony. The Master, James Dahl, welcomed pupils to the College, while Head of Third Form, Philip Wragg, reflected on the Wellington values of kindness, respect, responsibility, integrity and courage, and the role they will play as pupils begin their Wellington journey. Following the welcome, the Master and our new Heads of College, Tom and Nina, formally welcomed each pupil with a traditional handshake.
We wish them all the very best of luck, and look forward to hearing of many triumphs along the way.
