Changemakers Colours are awarded to students in the Upper Sixth, recognising those who go above and beyond in leadership, sustainability and global citizenship. Throughout their college careers, these students have demonstrated Wellington College’s values through meaningful action and positive impact. Nominated by staff, recipients inspire others, show strong character and contribute to shaping a better world.
This year’s award winners include Rosamund, who demonstrated leadership by teaching Latin to younger students at Edgbarrow School, making the subject accessible and engaging while developing her own leadership and communication skills. Tessa showed outstanding leadership through her passion for storytelling, leading the Creative Writing Society and writing and directing original plays alongside her academic studies.
Overall, the award celebrates students who actively make a difference and fully embrace opportunities beyond the classroom.
