Originally the College’s first purpose-built science rooms, today the Driver Rooms – two rooms conveniently interlinked but each with their own entrance – offer a versatile and self-contained space for workshops, seminars, and breakfast or lunch meetings. The Driver Leadership Room features a portrait of Master C J ‘Jonty’ Driver who, in the 1990’s, initiated the College’s leadership programme. Inspirationally themed on leadership, the room has a capacity for up to 80 persons in theatre style layout. The Royal Foundation Room is decorated in a striking pale blue and yellow (from the ribbon of the Crimean War Medal) and is adorned with a display illustrating the Duke of Wellington’s life and the early history of the school. An intimate and joyful setting, the room has a capacity for up to 30 persons in theatre style layout.
